To create your logo mat, your logo or graphic will be digitally printed onto nylon entrance matting. Colours are applied to the surface using Chromojet printing, computer controlled dye technology.
Rubber backing
Our printed logo mats are manufactured using durable nitrile rubber backing.
Rubber backing thickness is 1.3 mm for standard logo mats and 2.5mm for 'well' mats (mats that sit in a well). Overall mat depth = 10mm-12mm approx.
Nitrile rubber backing offers a number of advantages:
