To create your logo mat, your logo or graphic will be digitally printed onto nylon based entrance matting. Colours are applied to the surface using Chromojet printing, computer controlled dye technology.
Rubber backing
Our printed logo mats are backed on durable nitrile rubber.
Nitrile rubber backing offers a number of advantages:
- resistant to oil and grease.
- resistant to ozone cracking.
- made of DOP-free rubber.
- strong rubber backing provides maximum durability.
Experienced Designers
As your logo or design will be printed into carpet fibre there are limitations to the amount of detail that can be obtained due to the physical properties of the carpet tufts. Our Printed mats are designed not only to look eye catching but to also stop dirt entering your building.
Fortunately our designers have many years of experience redrawing and re-designing custom logo mats and will try their very best to design your mat the way you want it.
So we advise you to avoid having too much small text on your mat especially on small mat sizes although this is not so much a problem on larger mats. So for example if you require a small mat with your company logo placed on it then we would suggest leaving off the strap line if you have one.
But don't worry too much as we will assess your artwork or logo and send you back a free design proof to show you if we have any issues or potential printing limitations. We won't print your mat until you've approved the design proof.
